Appointments are 15 minutes or less depending on the item(s) and if a fitting is necessary. So please arrive during the timeframe selected, as the space might be booked by another client or a class is in session.
$15 deposit to book an alteration consultation & is later deducted from your total.
Final payment will be accepted at pick ups
*Cancellations must be 24 hours prior to appointment or the $15 minimum will be forfeited.
At least 2 weeks is necessary to schedule an appointment before your Garment deadline.
*Not all items or deadlines will be guaranteed. Accepted rush orders (before 2 weeks) will be subject to a $20+ starting rush fee.
Weddings gowns need at least 2-3 fittings, so please book enough time in advance.
